Stacia Hepburn of I Matter Too
STACIA HEPBURN – Founder, Board of Director

Stacia is mother to a beautiful 5 year old daughter, Nevaeh, and founded I Matter Too® with a vision to reach children across America. After experiencing abuse as a child and many struggles, she knew her life needed change. At 25, she gave her life to Jesus. 7 years later in 2007, I Matter Too® formed.

She enjoys writing and playing music, travel and spending time doing all of that and more with her daughter.

Aaron Burke
AARON BURKE – Board of Director

Aaron is lead pastor of Radiant Church in South Tampa. He is married to wife Katie and has two daughters, Lily and Annabelle with a son due in 2016. He graduated from Southeastern University and enjoyed time in Sri Lanka and India: working at orphanages, assisting with tsunami relief efforts, training pastors, and conducting village outreaches. In Pensacola he opened a thrift store to raise funds for foreign missions. In addition, he served as Student Ministries Pastor for 6 years, overseeing middle school through college-aged students. Aaron has a Masters in Business Administration.

WILLIAM CANTRELL – Board of Director

Will Cantrell is an attorney in employment law at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart, PA. He has represented companies in virtually every type of employment, restrictive covenant, and employee benefits lawsuit an employer might face. Just as importantly, Will serves as a business advisor to employers in a diverse range of industries, helping them avoid trouble in the first place and minimize the threat of a lawsuit. For two years in a row, he is listed as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers (a distinction awarded to less than 2.5% of the attorneys in Florida).

Jason Slack
JASON SLACK – Board of Director, Fundraising

Jason is VP of Stahl Insurance which serves large, multi-national corporations, nonprofits to local small businesses. He is Fundraising Director for I Matter Too’s executive board and oversees fundraising committee. Jason has goals to increase I Matter Too’s income by more than $50,000 per event and to reach overall objective goals for Tampa and new affiliate branches. He enjoys fishing and many other outside activities.

TIM GRIFFITHS – Board of Director, Finance

Timothy M. Griffiths, CPA has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Timothy M. Griffiths, CPA’s expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements and financial planning.

He joined I Matter Too’s board assisting in quarterly reviews, 990’s and advising in all accounting areas.

Tami Kent
TAMI KENT – Advisory Board, Recruitment

Tami and her husband Jamie Kent are founders of No More Foundation. No More mobilizes volunteers and people in the community to take action for orphans and others in need. Tami is passionate about seeing people grab hold of their identity in Christ in such a way that the love of God transforms not only them personally but their families and the communities in which they live. She finds no greater joy than being in the company of her family and friends, and regardless of the time of day will always be up for a grande latte from Starbucks with too many details to name. For her, life is too short not to try enjoy every moment!

Joe Etter
JOE ETTER – Advisory Board, Legal

Joe is an attorney at Englander Fischer in St. Petersburg, Florida. He represents businesses and individuals in business disputes and an array of other matters. Joe graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2010 after receiving his B.S. from the University of Central Florida. He is a native Floridian, who was raised in Kissimmee, and now resides in Tampa. Joe and his wife Lauren had their first child, Olivia in June 2016.

Mark Lopez
MARK LOPEZ – Advisory Board, Corporate Development

Mark joins our Advisory team in 2016 with expertise in expansion and corporate governance. Currently and over the last 18 years, he has served on the Statewide Board of Directors for Hispanic Business Initiative Foundation (HBIF). His efforts there include helping Hispanic and minorities startup businesses through training and technical assistance business mentoring.

Mark’s portfolio of experience includes VP Commercial Lending/Portfolio Management and Senior Vice President/Special Assets for banking. He is father to a 23-year-old son and 21-year-old daughter.
